All CPAP products can be purchased on line or via the completion of an order form (which can be downloaded from the relevant area) and mailing in the general post.  

If paying via credit card, you must select 'Paypal' at the checkout.  You will then simply enter your credit card details and the transaction will be processed.  It is very quick and you do not need a Paypal account to pay for CPAP products via a credit card.  If you wish to deposit money directly into the CPAP account (or send a cheque or money order in the mail) you must select 'Prepayment' at the checkout.  You will then be provided with the CPAP account details.  If you select prepayment and wish to send a cheque or money order in the mail, send it to CPAP, GPO Box 3550, Melbourne, Vic. 3001.  When proceeding through the checkout you will be asked for the State in which you reside.  If the drop down menu does not allow you to select an Australian State, you should select 'Other'.  Note that the 'Bill' option is only available to schools, where an invoice will be made and forwarded to the school.

If booking students into one of CPAP's lecture programs or workshops, please include the student's name in the field marked 'billing details,' and the student's school in the field marked 'company.'  In the case of school bookings, the teacher's name should be included in the 'billing details' field. 

CPAP's cancellation/refund policy:  once bookings or orders have been processed, a 15% (or $10) cancellation fee applies (whichever is the greater) providing the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the program. For cancellations occurring between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the event, a 50% cancellation fee applies.  No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of any program.
