Politics Unit 3/4 Exam Preparation Program
The program will occur on Saturday the 17th of October 2026 via Webinar commencing at 9.00am and will be presented by Jess Parker, an experienced teacher and examination assessor. Gus will assist students to prepare for the examination and write responses in a way that enables them to perform at their peak and impress the examination assessors. The program will include advice on areas to focus, clarification of common errors made by past students, tips on how to allocate precious time, strategies to assist students to interpret questions, an analysis of the most difficult questions and terms from past exams and an analysis of possible questions in light of recent developments in Global Politics. Notes will be provided and there will be a bonus 30 minute question & answer session at the conclusion of the program. The program is reasonably priced at only $44 per person.
The Presenter
Jess Parker
Jess is a Senior Politics and Humanities Teacher at Caulfield Grammar School. She studied Politics and History before completing her Master of Teaching and has extensive experience teaching VCE Politics and Global Politics. Jess is an experienced VCAA assessor for both Politics and Global Politics and has contributed to advisory panels on the development and implementation of the current VCE study design. She also regularly presents to students and teachers for a range of organisations on VCE Politics and Global Politics. Drawing on her experience across teaching, assessment and curriculum development, Jess brings practical insight into the skills, knowledge and approaches required for success in VCE Politics.
